Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over R900! If your order meets this minimum, you'll automatically qualify for free delivery at checkout. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

Do you offer collection / pick-up options?

We don't offer a collection option at the origin address. You can have your parcel delivered to your nearest PUDO locker point for collection. For PUDO collection, simply choose the PUDO locker shipping option at checkout and remember to specify your PUDO locker in your order notes (within cart view - before checking out). You can find your nearest PUDO locker point here. If you receive a package in one of the PUDO lockers, you will receive a notification with a QR code and PIN code for the pick up.

Do you offer Worldwide shipping?

Currently, we only deliver within South Africa. We are planning to extend our shipping services in the near future.

When will I receive my order?

Order processing times vary between 3-4 working days. First come, first served! Our order processing system operates on a 'first in, first out' basis. This means that the first orders we receive will be the first ones to be processed, ensuring fairness and efficiency for all of our customers. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will only be processed the next business day. Delivery to main city areas takes 2-3 days. Delivery to outlying areas can take up to 5 business days. Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Can I order a custom stationery box?

Yes you can! We can curate a box for you or a loved one within your price range. Simply fill out our online request form and we'll get back to as soon as possible.

When will new stock be released on the website?

Stock drops don’t always happen on the same day/time. We strive to source new and beautiful products as often as possible, so be sure to follow us on Instagram to keep up to date with when new items will arrive.
