Order processing times vary between 3-4 working days. First come, first served! Our order processing system operates on a 'first in, first out' basis. This means that the first orders we receive will be the first ones to be processed, ensuring fairness and efficiency for all of our customers. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will only be processed the next business day. Delivery takes 1-3 days. Delivery to outlying areas can take up to 5 business days.

Currently, we only deliver within South Africa. We are planning to extend our shipping services in the near future.

We don't offer a collection option at the origin address. You can have your parcel delivered to your nearest PUDO locker point for collection. For PUDO collection, simply choose the PUDO locker shipping option at checkout and remember to specify your PUDO locker in your order notes (within cart view - before checking out).
