Do you offer Worldwide shipping?

Currently, we only deliver within South Africa. We are planning to extend our shipping services in the near future.

When will I receive my order?

Order processing times vary between 1-3 working days. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will only be processed the next business day. Delivery takes 1-3 days. Delivery to outlying areas can take up to 3-4 days.

When will new stock be released on the website?

Stock drops don’t always happen on the same day/time. We strive to source new and beautiful products as often as possible, so be sure to follow us on Instagram to keep up to date with when new items will arrive.

Do you offer collection / pick-up options?

All orders are shipped via Courier services, we don’t offer any collections at this time. If you need to arrange a Pudo Locker or Paxi collection, please send us an email before placing an order at info@bubblegumfringe.com, so we can arrange it for you.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival of delivery. If this happens, you need to contact us via email info@bubblegumfringe.com within 24 hours of receiving the package so we can do our best to replace your purchase. We’ll only replace products if visible proof of the damaged item can be provided.
